Homepage » Tubing Materials » Fluoropolymer Tubing (PTFE, FEP, PFA)

Chemical Formula for PTFE

Fluoropolymer tubing is available in both heat-shrink and non-heat-shrink forms.

Product Features

  • Chemically Inert
  • Extreme Temperature Resistance
  • Low Friction Properties

Some Typical Fluoropolymer Tubing Applications

Chemical Transfer - Food & Beverage - Laboratory & Medical - Automotive - Corrosive Resistance, & many more.

HEAT SHRINKABLE FLUOROPOLYMER TUBING

Grayline heat shrinkable fluoropolymer tubing is well suited for high temperature applications and corrosive environments. Polyolefin or PVC heat shrink can only be used continuously at temperatures reaching 135°C, where some fluoropolymers are stable up to 200°C.

NON-HEAT SHRINKABLE FLUOROPOLYMER TUBING

Grayline fluoropolymer (FEP, PTFE, PFA) tubing offers excellent resistance to chemicals, elevated temperatures, and is low friction and non-adhesive by nature. While relatively more expensive, they are sometimes required in high temperature electrical applications and in certain chemical fluid transfer applications.
