Our Story
Grayline LLC has been manufacturing custom polymer tubing in Waukesha, Wisconsin since 1966. What started as a specialty extrusion operation has grown into a complete polymer tubing manufacturing capability, covering heat shrinkable and non-shrinkable products from .020" to 1.70" ID, in hundreds of material formulations including proprietary compounds engineered to customer specification.
More than half of our business comes from customers who have been with us for 15 years or more. We have supplied major Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive and appliance manufacturers for more than 30 years. We earn that tenure the same way every year, 99%+ on-time delivery, technical depth, and a willingness to run what others won't.
