Grayline FB85-BR-TPU is a flexible, polyester braid reinforced, ether-based polyurethane hose that is suitable for higher pressure, repeated flexing, heavy vibration, and high abrasion applications. Its standard ether formulation offers hydrolytic stability, resisting attacks from moisture and fungi. It is also resistant to weathering, tearing, impact, radiation exposure, oils, greases, and fuels. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration sanctions the polyurethane material used in the clear version of this product for use in food contact applications. Ester-based formulation is available upon request.

*Working pressures are calculated at 1:4 ratio relative to burst pressure. The selection of size and material for any particular application is the user’s responsibility. The designer must consider many factors (e.g. temperature, fluid, connections, etc.) when specifying the tubing.
